- Laptop
Check the operation of your charger and battery. The battery and charger are often the elements that we suspect.
So the first thing to do would be to remove your battery and plug your computer into AC power.
If in this case your computer is running then your battery is probably causing this problem. You will have to replace it.

Incompatible or faulty hardware
If you had RAM or some other component installed, the cause of the crash might be there.
